We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager – Aviation Services to join our team at Transguard Group. Scope Manage the day-to-day workings of all customers, maintaining and expanding the relationship of individual accounts. Manage the development and implementation of systems, process, and procedures to support the operational team in coordination with Administration and Site Team. Responsibilities • Responsible for overall Operational performance of department prescribed in BU score card • Responsible for the financial performance of department • Responsible and accountable for shift deployment, time and attendance system • Responsible and accountable for staff training (Internal & External) • Responsible and accountable for staff welfare/absenteeism and attrition • Responsible and accountable for staff briefings/Induction/Tool Box Talks / Safety • Responsible and accountable for monthly meetings, client as well as department and Operational team • Responsible and accountable for new recruitment/mandatory training/deployment of staff • Responsible and accountable for client SLA/KPI performance • Responsible and accountable for Admin & Operation Coordinators performance • Responsible and accountable for staff uniforms, planning delivery and maintenance Skills: Knowledge – Experience • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in Aviation Desired Candidate Profile Hard skills • Budget Planning • Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis and P&L management • Contract Administration and Management • Intermediate Computer Skills • Service level agreement management and analysis • Strategic Planning/Orientation Soft skills • Minimum English Language Level 5 (by Transguard Group Standards) • Hindi/Urdu speaker preferred • Active Career Development • Business Process Analysis • Customer Complaint Handling • Customer relationship management • Customer Service Awareness • Effective Negotiation Skills & Conflict Resolution • Effective Presentation Skills • Incident & Accident Reporting • Leading Employee Engagement • Project Management • Resource Management • Service Excellence • Technical Report Writing • Customer relationship management Employment Type Full Time
