TELECALLER Our Smile group consultancy company need an enthusiastic English and Hindi speaking Tele caller who have to engages in the telephonic communication with costumer or clients on behalf of the organization. Responsibilities • Contacting clients to inform them regarding the service. • Answering all queries and questions regarding the company • Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. • Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. • Taking and processing orders accurately. • Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances. • Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota. • Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. Language: English, Hindi Job type: Full time Location: Deira, Dubai Skills • 1+ years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role. • Knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems. • Efficient with English. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Having done B. Sc/BA will be an advantage.
