About the role
The ideal candidate will, be responsible for producing high-quality and understandable documentation with the goal to improve the success of DQ's products & services. This candidate should have strong communication skills which enable them to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner. This individual should be highly proficient in English Language and able to work in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from Business Development, Delivery, and product management.
• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain business training programs and technical documents around all Arqitek services
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
• Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement
• Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Requirements to apply
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Professional Writing or Creative Writing/Content Development is a big plus
