About the role

- Technical Support: Respond promptly to technical issues reported by employees and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Security: Monitor and enforce IT security policies, including access control and data protection measures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities, including equipment inventory, repairs, and user requests.
- Backup and Recovery: Implement and test backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to implement IT projects and improvements.
- User Training: Provide basic IT training and guidance to end-users to enhance their technical knowledge and skills.
