Position Title: Shipping Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe. Job Description: • Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. • Issue DA (Documents against Acceptance) in order for invoices to be kept on track for every shipping transaction as per company's guidelines. • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements. • Coordinate the booking of cargo space with shipping lines, airlines, or freight forwarders. • Determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping routes and methods for each shipment.
