We are a start up company. Our CEO has a real estate company in Belarus that has been operating for 6-7 years and now we are opening an office in Dubai and welcoming agents to join us. Responsibilities and Duties: • Cold calls • Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current housing market. • Advertise and promote local properties for sale. • Monitor and update property listings. • Manage the Listings and sell the secondary real estate. • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide professional advice throughout the sales process. • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently. • Attend training and industry events to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Skills Experience: • Knowledge of real estate market in Dubai Knowledge &.
