Sales Property Consultant

• Create lists for leasing properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc. • Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions. • Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and renters, showcasing the features and benefits of each property. • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and industry regulations..
