Sales Manager - Real Estate

Duties and Responsibilities: • Build and lead a team of real estate agents/property consultants. • Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the team. • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. • Identify new opportunities for sales growth through regular client meetings. • Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and clients. • Collaborate with agents to create effective sales scripts. • Stay updated on market conditions and trends to guide the team. • Manage team performance, source new leads, and support in closing deals. • Negotiate contracts with sellers to ensure satisfaction with the terms.
