Position Title: Sales Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsplus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: They are one the leading retail distributors in the region Job Description: • Providing accurate product information, including features, pricing, and after-sales services, while offering suitable solutions to customers' needs • Enhancing customer engagement through friendly greetings, prompt responses to inquiries, and exceptional service, leading to a better shopping experience • Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of product details, competitive advantages, supplier information, and customization options, both for B2C and B2B customers • Facilitating efficient workflow by promptly communicating and following up on B2B sales with the responsible Manager • Conducting thorough comparisons of price, quality, and features with direct competitors to simplify purchasing decisions for customers.
