About the role
What you will do
The Sales Engineer– IR, After Market will be directly reporting to Sales Manager - IR. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of a team responsible for generating business through Retrofit, L&M, Parts, AMC contracts, and driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with particular focus on IR : Oil, gas and Petrochemical portfolio.
You will be concentrating on converting our current installation base business in Aftermarket, growing our market share with new business customers in the MEA region. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate business from running IR installation base.
How you will do it
As an Experienced Sales Engineer, you will have good knowledge of Mechanical systems particularly Rotating equipment, HVAC and Refrigeration systems will be an added advantage. You will be part of a team to carry out site audits and suggest new ideas for site improvements to our existing customers or any new customer who has active installation base.
As a Sales Engineer, you will develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate territory records, develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary follow ups for successful closing of the sale. You will Interface effectively with JCI global factories for coordination required for proposal preparation and local operations teams to deliver and improve service delivery. As a Sales Engineer, you will maintain established accounts through regular customer contact in pursuit of follow of sales. You will be Reporting progress and updating sales tools for opportunity creation and projection of forecasts with accuracy of above 95%.
You are focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive growth in your assigned territory in MEA region. You will be focused on growing our Equipment’s Replacement jobs, Retrofit jobs, PSA and maintenance works business in MEA region.

Required
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or similar field.
•Minimum 2 years’ aftermarket business experience specifically in Rotating equipment / Mechanical / HVAC field in GCC region.
•Knowledge of Industrial Refrigeration products and exposure to Oil, Gas Petrochemical sectors will an added advantage.
•Proven track record of handling aftermarket business.
•Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.
•Lead Yourself: Be self-motivated, willing to act while coping with varied workloads and be assertive and organized while demonstrating flexibility in day-to-day work.
•Proficient in English, Working knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage
•UAE Driving license.
•Proficient in MS Office products, CRMs and database management
