Safety Officer

- Co-develop, implement and maintain comprehensive health and safety programs, policies, and procedures that comply with regulations. - Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective actions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver health and safety training programs, including new employee orientation, to ensure awareness and compliance with safety protocols. - Investigate and report on accidents, incidents, and near misses, analysing root causes and recommending preventive measures to mitigate future risks.
