Job Description: • Manage reservations for a fine dining restaurant in Dubai. • Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and special requests. • Maintain and utilize the restaurant's reservation system effectively. • Coordinate with the hostess team and other departments for smooth operations. • Optimize revenue through strategic reservation management.
