- Responsible for the whole recruitment process. - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. - Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications - Responsible for screening ,Filtering , headhunting ,interviewing and placing candidates . - Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process - Conduct new employee orientations - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. - Coordinate personnel recruitment activities. - Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
