Real Estate Team Leader
As a Real Estate Team Leader at PPI you will play a pivotal role in driving our team's success and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. You will be responsible for managing and guiding our real estate agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and achieving team and individual sales targets.
Team Management
- Recruit, and mentor real estate agents
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Sales
- Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities
Client Relationships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Resolve client concerns and issues effectively and professionally
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the real estate transaction process
Skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate market trends in the UAE with a minimum of two years of experience
- Have or Had a real estate license (RERA LICENSE)
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools
