Quality Assurance officer

- Quality Control and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to monitor product quality, process adherence, and compliance with quality standards. - Document Control: Maintain and update relevant documentation, including quality records, inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. Ensure that documents are properly controlled, organized, and easily accessible to authorized personnel. - Corrective and Preventive Actions: Investigate and analyze non-conformities, customer complaints, and quality incidents to identify root causes. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address issues and prevent recurrence. Monitor the effectiveness of CAPAs and track their implementation.
