Position Title: Projects Executive Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established logistics expert company based in Dubai, offering comprehensive all-in-one solutions Job Description: • Prepare timely quotations and invoices for client billing. • Coordinate cargo collection with client's suppliers and arrange suitable shipment options. • Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, booking, and shipment updates. • Activate shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents, including import and export permits for customs declarations. • Monitor shipment status daily, provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, attend client's shipment status meetings, coordinate tender preparations with local and overseas offices, and prepare internal project costs and monthly profit and loss reports per shipment.
