Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities. Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects. Effectively applying our methodology and enforcing project standards. Preparing for reviews and quality assurance procedures. Ensuring project documents and reports are complete, accurate, current, and stored appropriately.
