Project Manager - 6 Months

• Managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is completed within budget. • Must also manage any changes to the project scope or design that may impact the budget. • Selecting and managing contractors and vendors for the project. • This includes negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the required standards. • Identifying and managing project risks, including safety risks, financial risks, and schedule risks. • Must develop contingency plans to address any potential issues that may arise during the project. • Communicating with all stakeholders involved in the project, including clients, contractors, and team members. • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management and other stakeholders. • To ensuring that the project is completed to the required quality standards. This includes conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure that work is completed to the required specifications. • To ensuring that all project deliverables are completed and that the project is closed out in a timely manner. This includes final inspections, completion of documentation, and handover of the project to the client.
