Paralegal - Contracts Specialist

- Assist with and support legal/contracts-related initiatives and projects (including various “legal transformation” projects). - Provide support on high-volume, lower-value/lower-risk contracts (under supervision). - Prepare and maintain contracts precedents and document archives. - Support the contracts team directly and assist senior lawyers on their matters. - Handle ad-hoc legal and contract requests. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed pursuant to the above. - Self-motivated and ability to show initiative - Ability to research and find solutions to queries - Ability to maintain confidentiality - Comfortable working on lower-value, lower-risk commercial contracts (under supervision) Apply Here: https://gulfcareerhunt.com/paralegal-contracts.../
