Omni - English Copywriter - Temporary Role

Employment: Contract Role: Omni-English Product Copywriter-Temp Role (3 Months) Role Type: Outsourced Contract Dates: Oct 9th – Dec 29th Work location: Dubai, UAE and able to commute to the office Working hours: Mon – Friday, 9:00 – 6:00 pm Detailed Scope: • On average 4000 Product SKUs to be edited, modified, and updated in English to follow the commerce digital guidelines, tone of voice and adhering the best SEO practices where possible for each of the section and as per the technical limitations and guidelines. Product SKU includes brand name, product name, product description, product attribute • Brand Store Bio’s to be created, edited or updated as per the request by Account Management and brand requests • Brand return and refund policy to be created, edited or updated as per the request by Account Management and brand requests • Create Offers pages content based on Marketing and brand activations as per the technical requirements and brief • Create Event pages content based on Marketing and brand activations as per the technical requirements and brief • Create Editorial/ campaign related consumer facing commination as per the Marketing Omni Calendar such as: Emails, Push Notifications, SMS, Organic social (Instagram), Paid social (Search Ad copy), Printed materials, On video content • Create tactical copy for triggered and segmented communications as per the user cases defined by the Performance Marketing Team • Create mono-branded communications to announce the onboarding of new store/brand • Validate comms tests by validating the content following the internal QC process and approve/provide feedback if needed Salary: AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Requirements • Working knowledge of project management parlance • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills • Business acumen/understanding • Experience of a wide variety of sectors including Creative, Visual and Built Environment • Experience of the MENA & Khaleej cultural make-up • Ability to work across cultures on the page with linguistic sensitivity • Experience/understanding of governance and Board level communications • Ability to distil large volumes of complex information to the most effective output in written English and in Arabic • Ability to ‘future-think’ and design house-style guidance • To be fully integrated to use communication accounts and tools such as: Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Monday and any other internal means of working to access and deliver content projects and tasks
