Officer Human Resource

• Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership. • Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs. • Analyzing HR metrics to recommend policies and activities that improve organizational culture, including strategies to attract and hire top talent, enhance employee engagement and retention, address staffing challenges, and ensure legal compliance. • Evaluating HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for enhancing the organizational culture, providing recommendations for improving talent acquisition, staff retention, motivation, and addressing compliance requirements.
