Occupational Therapist

ATIC is eager to welcome an experienced Occupational therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The Occupational therapist is responsible for providing a variety of services to promote optimal physical, sensory, and cognitive functioning related to the acquisition, maintenance, and restoration of highest quality of life for people with challenges. The OT must possess excellent hands-on motor planning, evaluation, and treatment abilities; demonstrate sensitivity to diverse needs; and be organized, reliable, and conscientious in the performance of duties. Responsibilities, inter alia, include; • Evaluating physical and functional condition of patients and establish treatment plans. • Appropriate utilization of techniques and adaptations for providing treatments. • Using problem solving approaches to assist patients in developing age-appropriate self-care and productivity skills. • Provide patient and family education and training necessary to reinforce therapy goals.
