- Estimation, Project planning, and scheduling: Review the BOQ/RFQ and prepare estimations. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, considering the scope of MEP works, available resources, and project milestones. - Coordinate with other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of MEP systems. - Budget management: Prepare detailed budgets for MEP systems, considering material costs, labor expenses, equipment rentals, and other project-related expenses. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. - Material procurement and coordination: Identify MEP equipment, materials, and systems required for the project and ensure their timely procurement from approved suppliers and manufacturers in coordination with the procurement manager.
