Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

- Check for proper repair according to machine design for all troubles. - Assure spare parts availability & purchase indents for required spares - Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery and suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime. - Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders. - Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff - Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary - Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance - Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation - Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving equipment efficiency and solving maintenance-related problems.
