Logistics Co Ordinator

• Optimize Road transport planning in the most efficient way for customers • Track and trace the deliveries and updating customers accordingly • Following up with service providers for Proof of Deliveries • Verifying with shipping line for free time and updating customers accordingly • Preparing relevant documents for local deliveries • Arraigning relevant port payment related to import deliveries such as DPC/E-gate pass/ E-token/E-payment • Following up with port authority for container discharge list • Ensuring empty container return to port within the deliver order validity • Organize daily RoadTransport plan for domestic delivery for Sea/Air • Alert and update the shipment details in Logi-sys system • On time creation of Job Costing Sheet, once full delivery is done to finance for invoicing • Customs inspection booking • Daily delivery report • Follow up with shipping line for container acceptance letters • Re-conciliation transport invoices from vendors • Thorough knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations • Thorough knowledge of DP world system and port operation Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software. • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required. • Must be capable of handling all logistics software and Microsoft Office.
