Prepare and innovate International and Mediterranean dishes, ensuring top-notch taste, presentation, and portion control.  Assist in menu planning, supervise kitchen operations, and maintain hygiene standards while fostering a positive work environment.  Mentor and train kitchen staff in International and Mediterranean culinary techniques, supporting their growth.  Monitor food quality, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.  Collaborate with the front-of-house team to meet guest expectations and actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.
