About the role
• Managing the customer demands and responsible engaging with business subject matter experts and process owners to understand business issues and elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements for customer demands/projects
• Develop BRS (business requirement specification) and Proposals documents for demands.
• Develop business process diagrams, business rules, use cases and prototypes and design data processing and data models
Skills
• At least 5-7 years experience as a business analyst
• CRM experience is a must.
• Must be Arabic speaker.
• Immediate joiner or Max 30 days notice.
