About the role
- Profile the candidate's competency mapping after matching with Planned.
- Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity.
- Make interview with the candidates as per our client's request.
- Approach and convince the best caliber for the client opportunities.
- Follow up with the candidates and the client to the offer closing.
- Identifying the qualifications/competencies for each Search assignment required.
- Arrange with the client and candidate from receiving the request till closing the contract between them.
