About the role
We are hiring an HR Business Partner to work closely with department heads and drive people strategy across the organization. You will handle talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 4+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor law
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
