Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Healthcare Doctors Staffing / IT Staffing Business Development Manager Position Overview: The Healthcare Staffing Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities for the healthcare staffing agency. They will develop strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations to meet staffing needs. The Business Development Manager will also oversee the growth and expansion of the agency's client base. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Identify and Target Clients: Research, identify, and target potential clients in the healthcare industry. This includes hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. 2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs, build trust, and secure partnerships. 3. Sales and Business Development: Present and promote the healthcare staffing agency's services to potential clients. This includes conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to secure long-term contracts. 4. Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to capture a wider audience and generate leads. This may involve digital marketing, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities. 5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential competitors. Stay updated with industry developments and competitors' activities. 6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to understand candidate requirements and align them with client needs. Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless placement of healthcare professionals. 7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties. Review and revise contract agreements as necessary. 8. Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions. 9. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including client interactions, market trends, and revenue generated. Prepare regular reports for management. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Proven experience in business development, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related industry. - Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of staffing and recruitment processes. - Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools for sales and pipeline management. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, multitasking effectively. - Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing healthcare staffing is beneficial.
