Fire Fighting- Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Fighting Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the firefighting industry, with a strong background in sales and project management. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the firefighting market in Dubai and the surrounding region. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the firefighting industry. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants. • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners. • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion. • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate project execution. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team. • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services. Skills Preferred Candidate: • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the firefighting industry, with a focus on sales and project management. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. • Strong technical knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus. • Valid UAE driving license is preferred. • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment. • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
