Finance Intern

As a Group Finance Intern, you will be assisting with the company's day-to-day accounting operations. This includes providing support to the finance team, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with financial analysis. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with good communication skills, ability to multitask and work well with the team. In this role, you will: • Assist in transactional services (AP, AR, Cash & Banking). • Assist with monitoring financial transactions and analysing financial data. • Help with the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Organise and maintain financial records. • Provide support to the finance team as needed. • Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives. • Assist with the preparation of process notes and documentation • Develop a good understanding of the group and its operations. Requirements to apply Requirements • Degree in accounting, finance or a related field. • Inspiration to be a Qualified Accountant and passion for learning • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented and organised.
