Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Field Cleaner Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations in various fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing our cleaning team to ensure cleanliness and safety across the designated areas. Responsibilities: Supervise and lead a team of field cleaners and drivers in their daily tasks. Inspect and evaluate cleaning performance to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed. Checking attendance accurately. Skills Requirements: Must have knowledge of "Deep Cleaning" Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
