Field Designer

- Working alongside A & D Community and internal Sales team to understand design brief and vision; assigning work to internal designers and ensuring result meets clients' expectation. - Collaborating with the sales team for pomp selection based on Product. Printed can have a limited color palette based on the manufacturer - Have a good eye for design and overall aesthetics to ensure design deliverables meet clients' visual and functional needs. - Creating designs, submitting them to the client, taking feedback, confirming feedback over email; documenting trail of communication for all projects. - Upon design confirmation; create a sample request for the factory and provide all necessary files. - Responsible for all design activities within the department and setting up standards for submittals and production. - Ensuring the right product selection and suggestion based on area requirements, traffic, Budget, and Maintenance standards. - Coordinating with different stakeholders within the project to ensure seamless execution and understanding of the design, quality, and specifications.
