Position Title: F&B Team Leader (Room Service) Employment Type: Fulltime Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A high-end restaurant located in one of the high-rise tower/hotel in JBR. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department, specifically focusing on room service • Supervise and lead the room service team, including order takers, food preparers, delivery staff, and other F&B personnel involved in room service. • Oversee and streamline the room service process to ensure timely and accurate order-taking, food preparation, and delivery to guest rooms • Monitor expenses and control costs to align with budgeted financial goals for the room service department • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in room service orders Skills Qualifications • Female, 45 years old and below • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or other relevant certification • Should have at least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role • Knowledge of F&B operations, room service procedures, and inventory management.
