Electrical Project Engineer

We are looking for Electrical Engineer for our MEP company in Dubai. Candidates should have experience in handling Construction MEP and Interior fitout MEP · Preparation of engineering submissions including MSRA, shop & as built drawings, ITP’s etc. · Plan daily site activities & resources as per the project baselines. · Liaise with the engineer/client and other disciplines daily for execution, inspection & approvals. · Coordinate various subcontractor’s and inhouse activities, resolve areas of possible conflicts. · Assist line manager in the preparation of look ahead schedules and procurement plans. · Monitor & ensure compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies & specifications etc. · Prepare project daily reports including project activities & resources. · Forecast project procurement as per site requirements and raise Material Requests. · Monitor labor productivity, identify and implement areas of improvement. · Project execution in compliance to approved drawings, specification & regulations as applicable. · Coordinate the installation of various services as per · Provide technical support and guidance on design & execution. · Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. · Coordinate with the line manager in notifying and addressing project risks. · Manage project resources (human & material) to ensure project completion within the project budget. · Payment follow up · Commitment to complete the project before going for vacation or resignation · Timely completion of the project Skills • Prior knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and relevant tools. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Knowledge of the application of safety codes and regulations to develop ergonomic and efficient electrical systems. • Acquainted with popular electrical software like AutoCAD, MATLAB, and ProfiCAD. • Adequate knowledge of global and local standards related to electrical engineering. • A degree in Electrical Engineering.
