Direct Sales Executive

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails; • Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager. • Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives. • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets. • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls. • Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned. Skills • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to implement the 'customer first' approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch. • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork. • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations. • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
