Position Title: Customer Service Representative Employment Type: Full-time Salary: up to 3K AED, all-inlcusive depending on experience and qualifications plus overtime-pay, free transportation and monthly Incentives Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the Industry trusted leader as a center for delivering training in driving all types of vehicles within UAE with proven record of quality results from qualified instructors Job Description:  Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services  Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.  Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.  Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.  Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.
