Skills • Previous association with a company in the role of a customer service executive or representative. • Knowledge of online tools and platforms that enhance customer experience by leveraging appropriate features. • Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities. • Well-versed in handling digital tools and modern computer hardware.
