Roles & Responsibilities Parisima Talent is looking to hire with one of our clients. Position: Executive - Customer Support Job location: Dubai Salary: AED 5,000 Contract period: 2 months Job duties: • Email replies to service requests that includes acknowledging emails, coordinate with technical team for service request updates to respond to the customer. • Responsible for admin work i.e. processing service request approvals. • Assisting in Inbound calls • Assisting in outbound communications – calls / emails / sms. Desired Candidate Profile • Excellent communication skills, written and oral. • Good administration and coordination experience. • Prior experience as Admin Executive / Call Center Executive preferred.
