Civil engineer /Site Inspector

Parisima Talent is currently hiring a Civil Engineer for its real estate client who will be supporting customer care technical team. Job role- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders. Main Responsibilities - • Reviewing the technical requests from customers, and providing initial feedback • Coordinating with Infra and Planning team, prepare a response/ NOC to customers. • Open and close the requests in Yardi - a property management system • Hold technical meeting with customers. • Provide customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving issues Skills • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university • 3- 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on real estate development • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must know the procedure of Authorities. • Must have experience working with consultants.(They should have experience dealing with authorities, contractors, clients, etc) Job Details Job LocationDubai, United Arab Emirates Company IndustryReal Estate; Facilities & Property Management Company TypeRecruitment Agency Job RoleCivil Engineering Employment TypeFull Time Employee Monthly Salary Range$1,500 - $2,000 Number of Vacancies3 Preferred Candidate NationalityAll Arab Countries
