Chief Technical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and drive the technological direction of Buttn. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, including software development, system architecture, and technology strategy. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in advancing our platform and creating innovative solutions for our users and trainers. Responsibilities: • Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the company's technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and ensuring technological innovation and competitive advantage. • Software Development: Lead and mentor the development team in building high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions using technologies such as Swift, Node.js, and React.js. • System Architecture: Design and maintain a robust and scalable system architecture that can accommodate our rapid growth and changing business requirements. • Technical Leadership: Inspire and motivate the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Product Innovation: Drive continuous improvement in our app's features and user experience, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices. • Security and Data Privacy: Ensure the highest levels of data security and privacy for our users and trainers, complying with relevant regulations and industry standards. • Technology Partnerships: Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources. • Technology Reviews and Optimization: Conducting regular technology reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Team Strengthening: Leading recruitment efforts to attract top tech talent, conducting interviews, and hiring skilled team members to strengthen the IT team. Skills • Proven experience as a CTO or a similar leadership role in a tech startup or similar environment. • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development using Swift, Node.js, or React.js. • In-depth knowledge of mobile app development, backend systems, and cloud technologies. • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling technology teams. • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards. • Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology with business objectives. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
