About the role
- Proven experience as a CFO or similar executive role in a real estate development company in UAE.
- Languages: English – advanced, Russian – professional (will be an advantage)
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and financial drivers.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, financial strategy management
- Deep knowledge of financial statements, IFRS standards, UAE tax legislation (including DIFC)
- Understanding of risk management.
- Qualified finance professional (CA/CPA/ACCA) (will be an advantage)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage financial teams effectively.
