Café Branch Manager

- To manage the ordering of all provisions (food, beverage, consumables and disposables) as required and in line with financial procedures. - Arabic speaking nationalities will be preferred. - To ensure new staff are inducted and trained in their role and to assist in the ongoing training and development of cafe staff. - Monitor budgets to ensure that the branch remains profitable. - Actively find ways to lower operation costs while expanding the customer base. - Working with the Operation Head, to ensure that appropriate planning and preparation is undertaken for seasons and events.
