About the role
Role Profile:
A specialist contributor to the process and solution design who uses their specific specialist knowledge of Alshaya current business processes to inform the wider process and solution design with Alshaya specific knowledge which ultimately benefit our Customers and Business teams thru delivery of a robust design.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Participate in Design Workshops bringing their specialist knowledge of current process and pain points which inform the wider Design /functional future processesResponsible for participating in design of process, representing either specific divisions or brand/business models with in depth specialist knowledge to inform development of Best practice and continuous improvement in "to be" state with an Alshaya centric lensInterrogate and understand out of the box functionality against existing processes and pain points to adopt standard out of the box functionality.Work with Business Analysts to ensure that the "as is" is robustly captured and documentedUnder the direction of the Subject Matter Expert or BPO provide direct Alshaya specialist knowledge to the overall delivery activities , enabling adoption and business benefits to be realized.Execute UAT testing against threads and test cases to ensure the Functional "to be" processes match the requirementsResponsible for execution of select "First ofs" to support a successful Go LiveResponsible for first line support during the Hypercare period to drive adoption, support change management and deliver effective "Go Lives".
Knowledge:
We are looking for someone with deep merchandise financial planning and assortment planning (Snr Merch or significant experience Merch level minimum). If experience of Blue Yonder Enterprise planning and/or Assortment planning is an add on.

A strong communicator, clearly able to articulate evidence based ways of working and pain pointsAble to communicate in a way that builds trust and confidence amongst peers and senior stakeholders.Able to challenge and question in a constructive wayExperience of training to embed concept and functional processes in their current or previous rolesGood customer service skills to engage and interact with key stakeholders and end users confidently and articulatelyA strong grasp of detail and the ability to communicate same in their relevant discipline
