About the role
- Perform daily selling activities: Conduct sales calls, demonstrations, proposal
- Creation/presentation, and maintain prospect activity into sales cycle tracking processes.
- Ensure effective territory management of designated territory and manage sales cycles using the tools and techniques provided by the company.
- Provide monthly sales forecast, with a high accuracy level, to ensure the sales objectives of revenue growth and gross profit targets are met across products, services, and solutions. Ensure knowledge of competitive landscape, related technology changes and updates to stay abreast with the latest information to share with customers and company.
- Create and manage the customer pipeline of qualified opportunities in order to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure commitment to raising the bar on customer service and satisfaction levels by effective relationship and dairy management.
- Conduct, manage and scrutinize the use of XEM sales tools (Gazing, S.A.M).
- Ensure productive and effective use of sales tools to promote XEM products, services, and solutions in order to achieve Sales territory coverage and targets.
