About the role
Arqitek is a niche transformation consulting striving to help clients realise practical and concrete improvements using technology. We help clients grow and achieve greater efficiency using technology and digital opportunities.
A Business Development Executive's main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and managing our company's strategic accounts based on the opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals. The candidate is also responsible for:
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
• Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
• Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
• Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
• Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Tracking and managing new opportunities and ensuring effective strategic account governance.
• Ensure effective partner and vendor management.
• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets (against KPIs).
• Interact with legal on finalizing BD-related contacts.
• Managing CRM database of the company
Requirements to apply
• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to travel as needed.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to speak Arabic is a plus.
