Brand & E-Commerce Manager

Position Title: Brand & E-Commerce Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A fast-growing e-commerce/online retail platform selling top-quality maternal and baby products. Job Description: • Responsible for the product release, daily maintenance, update, page upgrade and other operation management of various e-commerce platforms in the Middle East (including independent websites, Amazon, Noon, Mumsworld, Firstcry, etc.); • Establish and manage the member marketing system of the platform, as well as formulating periodic member marketing strategies according to the company's strategy to increase activity and stickiness; • Formulate and adjust sales strategies based on store data (keywords, traffic, etc.) and market price trends, implement effective promotion, optimize rankings, and increase sales; • Monitor store data, analyze, and optimize traffic data, and increase page views/click rate/conversion rate. • Implement & track the promotion effect; in-depth digging into the delivery strategy of competing products; real-time monitoring of advertising data Skills Qualifications: • 25 to 35 years old • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing is preferred • Minimum 3 years of comprehensive work experience in brand planning and E-commerce operations, considering both the Brand department and the E-commerce department • Should have experience working with competing companies such as Pampers, Huggies, Babyjoy or other diaper brands
