Architectural - Technical Draftsman

- Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to Architectural/Interior fit-out & Joinery. - Must have experience in Residential and Commercial Project. - Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using computer-aided design (CAD) software. - Develop technical drawings that adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations. - Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Autocad or Archicad. Basic knowledge of ArchiCAD required. - Collaborate closely with architects and project teams to understand design requirements and objectives. - Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
