Position Overview: As our Office Admin Support, you will be at the heart of our company's operations. You'll be responsible for a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks, including: Office Management: Keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. Employees Database: Maintaining and Managing Employee Database Expense Management: Overseeing office expenses and budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility. Vendor Relations: Obtaining competitive quotations for various operational needs such as insurance, warehouse services, shipment, and more. Logistics and Customs: Liaising with post offices and customs authorities to facilitate the release of shipments and managing follow-ups. Basic HR Support: Assisting with HR tasks, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding procedures What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience. Skills Qualifications We're Looking For: Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in similar role in UAE Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources preferred. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word ) Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Understanding of Bayzat platform Is a plus A fresh perspective with boundless energy, coupled with a strong desire to learn. Honest and trustworthy, with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity.
